Where: Private gym at 94 Dixon Street

When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings between 6-8am. Arrive whenever it suits your morning routine.

Cost: $50/week

Results

Get strong by alternating through strength and hypertrophy training phases:

  • Strength - The ability to lift heavy weights and move with power. Strength training improves your overall fitness, boosts confidence, and enhances your ability to handle everyday challenges with ease.

  • Hypertrophy - The process of increasing muscle size through specific resistance training. Hypertrophy improves muscle definition and strength, and changes your physique.

Community

  • HERA Squad – a group of incredible like-minded women who want you to achieve

  • HERA Community – We have a Facebook group of HERA alumni where we share tips, training wins and other fun/interesting/helpful content
