When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings between 6-8am. Arrive whenever it suits your morning routine.
Cost: $50 weekly payment
Joining fee: $75 one-off payment
Results
Get strong by alternating through strength and hypertrophy training phases:
Strength - The ability to lift heavy weights and move with power. Strength training improves your overall fitness, boosts confidence, and enhances your ability to handle everyday challenges with ease.
Hypertrophy - The process of increasing muscle size through specific resistance training. Hypertrophy improves muscle definition and strength, and changes your physique.
