When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings between 6-8am. Arrive whenever it suits your morning routine.
Cost: $50 weekly payment
Joining fee: $75 one-off payment
Results
Get strong by alternating through strength and hypertrophy training phases:
Strength - The ability to lift heavy weights and move with power. Strength training improves your overall fitness, boosts confidence, and enhances your ability to handle everyday challenges with ease.
Hypertrophy - The process of increasing muscle size through specific resistance training. Hypertrophy improves muscle definition and strength, and changes your physique.

HERA Community – The HERA community extends far beyond the gym! Stay connected through our active WhatsApp group chat, celebrate each other’s successes, share gym tips and other helpful Wellington recommendations! We also run social events throughout the year, making HERA a place to build friendships and feel supported both in and out of the gym.
The community is a huge benefit of HERA. It is the most fun, supportive and welcoming group of strong women in Wellington, and you’ll always have new gym buddies and gal-pals.
