HERA is a comprehensive programme teaching the essentials of gym training. A high level of detail is placed on exercise execution, programming, nutrition and other health considerations to ensure you can integrate gym training into your life confidently beyond HERA. You will learn more than what is generally covered in a personal training session or group fitness class.

There are no prerequisite fitness requirements to start HERA. In fact, first-time gym goers’ are encouraged to start their exercise journeys here. Trainers will tailor all exercises to ensure you learn the fundamentals, before progressing you to harder variations as confidence and strength improves.

Yes! Join the squad today!

Yes. You can attend as many or few sessions per week as fits your schedule. However, progress in the gym is best achieved with consistency. I recommend at least one session every week.

Remember HERA is a fun, welcoming and safe community. Most women sign up individually and have five new gal-pals by the end of the first session.
